The White Spire now has a power vacuum as a result of Mama Eeb's passing. In the new City Crawl campaign, reclaim the city neighborhood by neighborhood and Underlord by Underlord. Clear roads and conquer the city by completing puzzle challenges, winning fast street fights, and gaming challenges. The White Spire is a vertical metropolis of grit and gambling that is just outside the borders of Stonehall and Revtel. It is a notorious smugglers' haven with a lax moral code and an abundance of colorful inhabitants. One reason why White Spire hasn't fallen into anarchy despite being plagued by syndicates, gangs, and hidden societies is Momma Eeb. She was admired, loved, and respected. She was tragically slain last week.
Who will manage the city now that Eeb is dead? is the one question that has spread throughout the underworld of White Spire.
