Puzzle 7 - The Rubble

First you must reach the tech Level 2 Restoration in order to complete this puzzle. Drop a villager (preferably a builder) on the pile of rocks at the bottom of the map. He or she will clear away the rocks, gaining building skill. If you use villagers that are builders they will complete this task much quicker.
