It is the year 2053 in New york City. You are a hacker trying to figure out a secret conspiracy. Due to software companies' inability to filter out all of the junk mail, advertising and racy material on the web; the internet is unusable. The world's governments and largest businesses work together to create a new commercial Internet. No one can post personal pages or have Email free of charge or editing... the whole Internet is subject to subject to government and business control.

Having nowhere to go, hackers are forced to use the old wires and go underground to avoid being silenced like they are on the new network called the SwitchNet. Their resources are low and connections are poor, but they are still free to say what they want and not be controlled.

This game will challenge your wits as you try and go between the Internet (paid commercial web) and the SwitchNet (the free web connections as we enjoy today).
