A bookworm it is!, Aug 22, 2007
by Gem Bara (Langkawi, Malaysia)
Never a dull moment ‘playing’ Bookworm. Years of learning, and ageing nicely, Bookworm is a real test of my vocabulary bank.
It is a shift from the usual stuff that we see and read from reading material. When you have it written in reverse, backwards, diagonally, the eyes tend to play tricks on the eyes, a test of focus.
Kudos to writers of Bookworms, it is must ‘play’ for adults and kids. A real fun stuff alrite. Voila to Bookworm!

Addictive, educational and fun too!, Aug 16, 2007
by Teresa (Puyallup, WA USA)
I am over 30 and a freelance writer. My writing friends all suggest word games to build your spelling skills. This game does just that.
Also, I played with my five year old on my lap and she is just learning her alphabet and spelling words. She loved helping me and the little worm spell and win!

EVEN THE BOOKWORMS LIKE IT, Jul 19, 2007
by Tanmay Shah (Pune, Maharashtra, India)
This is the only word game i play. Its so nice that even the BOOKWORMS(some of my friends)who study whole day come to play this with me. Its increases your vocabulary power and its lot of fun playing the game. One has to see properly and connect all the letters to form the longest word giving maximum score. He has to form a word such that after those letters go the letters that come in its place also give an equally good score. The concept of red burning tiles and gold, silver, sapphire and other bonus tiles is also good. The red tile urges u to make a word with that letter in it and the other tiles give u an incentive for making long and high scoring words. I would like to tell everyone to play the game and look at all possibilities without worrying about the time. Also get rid of the red tile as soon as possible right at the top. Use bonus tiles in a word as long as possible.
Thank You for creating such a wonderful game.

Bookworm is game that you can’t stop playing. As a teacher, I would like my students to play a game that would increase their vocabulary and let them have fun at the same time. Bookworm is that game!

Better Than Before, Jun 20, 2007
by Kathy (Santee, California)
At first I was very much hooked on the original game of "Bookworm". Then I happened to run across this version of the game. I have to say, it is more challenging and more competitive than the first one. Burning letters as well as the super duper gold letters which give you extra points. All I have to say is right on, give it a try, you will like it!

This game is so much fun to play and it’s not complicated so anyone can play. There’s a couple of fun twists in the game like the burning letters. Its great.

I really enjoy bookworm because it is challenging and fun. I sometimes spend hours playing and getting my family to play with and against me. Thanks for all the enjoyment it has brought to us.

Challenge Your Brain!, May 21, 2007
by Michele (Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada)
I found this game to be a challenge for my brain, a good challenge.
It is my favorite game ever!
Not only can you learn how to spell, setting up other words if fun too.
Watching for your next word is key, longer words are better but if your in a pinch, whatever works.
This game can teach you how to spell better and how to look for words, and it even gives you meanings of words.
It is just an awesome game to play, try it I bet you’ll get hooked! Happy word hunting.

A Fun Challenge, May 02, 2007
by Diana Avina (Henderson, NV)
I really loved playing this game it’s really fun and you learn at the same time. There are stacks of letters that you find words with connecting letters in. You get extra points for green letters, but watch out for the burning letters. If the burning ones reach the bottom your done. I think most people who love a good challenge will really love this game.

electrifying and bolting-filled action game!, Mar 16, 2007
by Terrie Crawford (Renick, West Virginia)
bookworm is the most comprehensive and educational word game out there today! It will improve every one’s vocabulary without them even knowing it in a thought provoking way while you are playing the game. I had always won spelling bees while in grade school and now I am learning all over again while playing this "can’t turn it off" game! You will be glued to your seat for hours even sacrificing meals because you are unable to leave the computer; so this is a must for diet conscious people. Why, I have lost six pounds since I started playing a month ago. I have never played a game that was so much fun. The full version is well worth every penny and more! I get much more pleasure playing bookworm than I do any of the video games that I have ever rented. Bookworm is excellent for children, my grandchild is totally engrossed with learning to spell new and different words. It is such a clean environment for a child as opposed to those violent video games. Go for it!

My husband and I love to play it…I sometimes get up in the middle of the night to play.
I have to beat the burning tiles and try to create really long names to get a better score and go up levels faster.I am addicted to it .
I cannot buy the longer version..I realy don’t have the money , so that is why I always try free versions.
I tried every word game ..Scrabble , Text Twist ..bu nothing comes close to this one…It is fast . easy and challenging.
Love it.
