for a free game its great and it would be greater if you played it with a friend each one plays a turn and then see who scores higher
however the grafix are’t good and if there were check points to start when you are dead it would have been better
however i would give it 4 stars for a free game :) nice work

Icy tower is one of the best and most addicting games I have ever played. One try and you will be playing it for hours and hours, and there seems to be no end to the levels. It is an awesome game.

As I play the Icy Tower game I see myself doing something I enjoy. It’s not just a game of fun, it’s a game of strategy as I jump log to log, wood to wood I say to myself, “Wow this is a game of wonder and will I ever make it to the end”? Who knows? I don’t, but that’s the surprise in life and games you don’t know when it’s going to end. A lot of people play this game and like to beat there score. I play for fun and for my score too. Whilst looking around for a small game to waste away my time with, I happened to come across Icy Tower.  Not many freeware games are able to spark my enjoyment, but much to my surprise it was actually quite enjoyable.  It seems that this simple game was intended for those students who have no intention of paying attention during their “Information Technology” classes, or for those who have nothing better to do at home such as watching a movie, turn on television or maybe some actual household chores to do whilst you’re waiting for you download to finish. 
It is but a simple game.  The aim is to climb this infinitely high “Icy Tower” by jumping up from block to block.  What made the game much more enjoyable than this somewhat simple idea was the ability to mod your character, changing the skins to a somewhat familiar character such as Bart Simpson, but ultimately the best feature was it’s Replay system.  After every trial you had the ability to view over your previous attempt, or to view what I’d consider to be a “professional player”, and study his actions.
    Whilst it was entertaining for a short while, it was also quite enraging.  Sometimes, it seemed, that the jump key didn’t want to respond, and when held down, didn’t react in the intended way.  Maybe I’m a noob, or perhaps there are some minor issues with the system.
    The game’s compact size allowed for an easy download, and for a freeware game, is definitely worth its price.  It’s not the best freeware game out there.  But its simplicity allowed for a momentary time in which we can relax, and enjoy the easy things in life.

Icy Tower stars Harold the Homeboy who finds,and decides to climb, a never-ending tower.

You take the role of Harold in the game, and have to help him ascend the tower as fast as possible.

You climb the tower by jumping from one level to another, earning points for each level you reach. However, the big scores are awarded when you perform a combo jump.

This is when you make Harold jump high enough to reach platforms that are two or three levels above. Perform several of these in a row and mega-bonus points are awarded.

You only have a short amount of time to score points, so the higher you climb and the more combo jumps you perform, the bigger you score.

Fall off the tower at any stage and its game over.

Icy Tower is an addicting game. Every level gets tougher. You also get timed which may get you even more excited about the level. There are a few characters to choose from too! The object of the game is to keep jumping from floor to floor and make sure you don’t fall off. If you fall off it’s GAME OVER and I’m sure you’ll keep trying. The game was awesome. I play it all the time. It is so worth the time to download and install and it’s so worth the price. It’s good for both kids and adults =] Good Luck!!!
