It’s A 2D war game against the tan army and you have to attack the tan and try to conquer the tan bases by avoiding the landmines, killing all the tan men and reaching the extraction point. One hint is to go boot camp before you play campaign mode. One reason why I like this game is that the levels are fun and challenging. I always like a challenge so if you are like me you will love this game.

I think this version of Army Men is the greatest ever because you are able to fully control all of the troops on your team,also because the graphics are the greatest I’ve seen in any and I mean any Army Men games of any other versions that I’ve played in my life and I’ve played alot of other Army Men games, and because alot of other people don’t exactly make many army games where you can fully control all of the troops on your team,and that is what makes it fun and exiting to play and I bet my dad would like to play it too,and I’d buy it for a birthday present for my brother because I bet he’d like it too.

now i dont know about you but everyone loved those green plastic men you used t play with when you were bored or when you just wanted some source of entertainment. well now you can play these classic strategy game on the computer. first plaing army man rts at a friends party i kind of got addicted to it- always wanting to help if one of my friends was in trouble and giving lectures on what they’ve done wrong and how i would fix it.well this game really makes you feel like the lutenent of the army- you biuld, plan and destroy enemy bases in a series of funny yet serious levels. from a grunt to a pillbox, how you setup your base and what military devices and machines you use, the object of the game is quite simple- DESTROY THE TAN ARMY!!! the best part of the game really is the combination of having fun whilst knowing that your here to win and your not taking anything less.now the worst part isn’t really that annoying but its the map area you cant see that bugs me the most.

The controls are easy enough to master whether you’re new to RTSs or not. Of course, you are using armies of plastic soldiers and this makes it a bit more interesting than other war games. 1) Flying bits of plastic instead of gore (decide for yourself if that’s a good or bad thing) and 2) Instead of a war torn battlefield, your plastic soldier size men fight their way through a human sized house, pretty fun. Gameplay is pretty freeform; every mission has an overall objective but no actual instructions, so you’re free to do whatever you want to get the job done. Graphics are good and are adjustable. No age limit either, older players can enjoy the action and strategy while the kids just like making little plastic people blow each other up…come to think of it, us older players like that too. I’d say its worth the price tag, it’s a good game that your nine year old brother will probably like it as much as you do, and I doubt you’ll get bored of it any time soon. So try it, you’ll like it.

This game was one of the best I’ve played in years of my life. This game is simlar to command and conquer but this game wins the war. For people looking for down to earth game this is it. You look at game and consider it too be lame.I promise this game will take back to your childhood day playin in the sandbox with your army men. Thats why I like this game.
I recommend that every one who has a pc play it. I put this game in my hall of fame. The download is worth the wait trust me. If want to feel like a General,king,etc. This game is for you.This has awsome sound,graphic,and very nice game play. My experience with this game was very fun.And kept making me come back to play it.

This game was great. i loved it because i never played a computer game with such good graphics. To me this game was worth such a long wait. But one thing is i have vista and this game keeps giving my computer a virus. But the game was so great i didn’t even care. I want to buy this game really bad. but my parents wont let me. I downloaded this game about 50 times. On my moms computer, my dads, my brothers, all my cousins, my uncles, his girlfriends, my computer, and my schools. If i had six thumbs I would put them all up for this game. keep on making games. you should make them all with good graphics such as these.

the game is just like real army but in green figures. the missions are excting and a real thrill to play!! very hard game to beat! with tanks air force gunners everything a army has and needs logic to over come to enemy! great game overall worth more than 5 stars
challenge at places and consistent thrill inside of you during the game! perfect game if u like wars army air force or just like a exciting game! the time taken for installment is not very long but worth the wait as this game is one of the top games made! the full version is well worth the price i am 14 and love it my bro (26) said it is worth an adult to play as well! enjoyable game worth downloading and def worth buying!"

i love army men and now i can love them online. i think the best way to win against the tan in campain mode is to build a few guard towers around your base then make tons and tons of gurnts to overwhelm the enemy with cannon fodder.

Army Men RTS was quite a big step away from the original 3rd person shooter gameplay most other Army Men games have offered. But it wasn’t a bad step either. Army Men RTS offers great and easy-to-learn gameplay as well as an entertaining storyline. Fight bugs and tan soldiers as you work your way through highly detailed environments in an attempt to overthrow a former Green soldier who moved over to the tan side. Soldiers look just like the little minifigures you used to play with in the living room. Exceptionally good graphics and great gameplay. No missions ever appear to be repetitive, always something new. This game contains no bad language or blood and gore, though rated TEEN. Resource gathering is almost just like in Age of Empires, except you use trucks to gather resources and bulldozers to build buildings instead of villagers. All in all, great graphics, excellent gameplay, and an entertaining storyline makes Army Men RTS an excellent game for all ages. I highly recommend it.

If you enjoyed games like Age of Empires, Army Men RTS is the game for you. Battle ants, cockroaches, spiders, and rival plastic men, melt water guns, dog bowls, etc. to collect plastic to expand your army of plastic, and don’t forget that melted (dead) soldiers and vehicles can be recycled. This game is loads of fun. Great graphics with easy-to-learn gameplay along a compelling story line make this game a must buy for all fans of RTS games and the Army Men games. Althogh rated teen, this game is good for young children cause theres no blood or really bad language. Every thing looks realistic, especially the enviroment. Don’t forget that the Tan army is not your only enemy… Battle with grenadiers, bazookas, tanks, helicopters, halftracks, flamethrowers, and loads more. Your resource task force includes bulldozers which build barracks, and other military and resource structures, and trucks, which melt down anything plastic and carry it back to the resource depot. I highly recomend it.

I’m not a real-time statagy fan, yet I am an Army Men fan. I played the action games and loved them, but this..this is different.The graphics are top notch, the game play is spectacular, the score is breath taking, and over all Army Men: RTS is one of the best games I have ever played. The coolest thing about RTS would be the fact that you can get like 20 men (bazooka men, granaders, ect.)and go in and destroy your pathetic enemy. The story is fun and engaging, the game is a serious and funny game (a technique that is almost impossible to pull off). And its Army Men, need I say more?

well in this game you get to play eather as the green guys or the tan guys iv had this game for my ps2 but it is way better on the pc in this game you get to put up bases,gard post, fences, and alot more! the way you get to put up buildings is you get plastic and melt it in to resorces the when you want to put up a building you look at ho much resorces you have and put it up! the object of the game iz to kl the tan army at first it iz ez but then it gets hard so thirs the game for you
