Army men RTS great game, May 10, 2007

Well to start things off Army men RTS goes away from it’s basic 3rd person shooter and decides to go strategy. I personally would prefer this over any other army men game. Army men RTS takes us to where we are building guard posts getting hqs and making armies. To making defensive strategies to get toy people across a bridge. To being all alone with a little group defending yourself to get to the end. One thing I would have liked to see changed was well the stuff your men can do. Maybe a protect stance would have been good or standby maybe. Well I did like how you could assign certain people to group numbers. The graphics seemed okay for this game. The A.I. though that bugged me. It wasn’t specifically the tan but my own. Like my medics would seem to get stuck in between barbed wires when there was an opening right next to it. I liked the resource management you do and the strategy elements you use even though I didn’t know I was using them overall I would say that this game is worth it 4.5

At first, I thought this would just be Green and Tan plastic fighting each other in Earth environments with no real plot, great graphics or wanting to play again. I was completely wrong. Sure, it’s been done: a command and conquer game. However, with Army Men RTS, it feels more enjoyable because the nostalgic sense of being a kid again always comes to my mind whether I’m commanding a squad of men, or a fleet of tanks towards my enemy. Army Men RTS has good graphics. They’re not outstanding, but the new environments and map reconnassaince definitely adds a new perspective on fighting with these little plastic soldiers. I’ve played Air Attack, Army Men 3D and Sarge’s Heroes, but none of them compare to this instant classic. The Army Men frnachise may be dead due to the ending of the 3DO company, but at least it goes away with the notion that one game will always be remembered to its fans. Army Men RTS gets my two thumbs up!

This is the best game ever!For one momment I thought…ahh it’s not that great, but then I actually played it and I have to admit…I was WRONG!! The best thing about the game is that it is quit suitable for younger children because there is no blood and it’s stuff you can find in your own home.And it’s a thrilling adventure!!

when i first played this game i knew it would be wicked. little green army men and tank and things, you couldn’t have asked for a better game if you tryed. the game is absolutely brilliant and the levels are the best with some of it being in the back garden and in the house.it’s awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this game is very good rts and can rival with games sutch as age of empires the graphics are not superb but are quiet good this game is easy to control and is about a war betweenplastic soldiers know as the tan and grenn armys who are led by sarge and his elite forces who you can control in the game this game is 5/5 every time

How come I never heard of this before??? No Game can come in 1000000000 feet of this game!!!!!!!! And the resource trucks? Ive never such a realistic way of getting resources. Its a lot better then watching a human pick hopelessly at a rock ( not mentioning anyone) Also The heroes are so cool.  Also I love how the bugs attack! Ten out of 5 in my opinon. Buy this game or play the demo, you wont regret it!

Its like when you were a kid again. I always pretended they were real and made them shoot each other. Now instead of imaginary junk its computer generated versions of your old toys. This game is very fun try the demo i bet you will like it. It is probably well worth the price. If you liked those little green men before you will like em even more now!

This is by far one of the best games i’ve ever played. The menue has Great Battles and Campaign. The ability to change your armyguys’ colors (alt + backspace > color me stupid)is sweet. i don’t really like strtegy games in which you have to take turns, but this is a real-time strategy, played at the actual (probably) speed at which these things would actually happen, which is my all-time favourite type of game. this game never gets boring, and has a HUGE variety of difficulty, ranging from pretty darn easy to impossibly hard. This game, i think, is suitable for almost all audiences, because it does have shooting, but it doesn’t have blood, and it uses armymen-an old favourite toy of mine-, but also(for the harder levels) requires a good strategy and makes you have to think. Over-all, this is a great game for all viewers, and well worth the time to download.(TEN out of five stars!!!)

I downloaded Army Men RTS and have found that it is the most addicting game I have ever played, everyone at home and work say that I need to take a break from the game. The graphics are great, you can tell the full definition of each soldier, tank, helo. I only downloaded the free version, but I still can play it for hours on end. The help screen is simple and explains every thing that you need to play the game. Bootcamp helps you learn how to play and use each of the items that come with the game. If you like blowing up plastic things then this is the game for you. Sooner or later I will have to buy the full version just to keep playing. I will suggest that everyone play this game. After you play it you will become as addicted to it as I am and will want to buy it.

the idea of you army men plastic toy war fantasies come true as you get the chance to play through this addicting game with some freindly faces youve seen such as vikki from portal runner sarges heros 2 and more.
the gameplay is easy to enjoy and good for pepole new to strategy games to play for the easy to learn 3 boot-camp missions and the fantastic multiplayer action made the game so much more.
for those of you who think"peh just another game where you have to blast the snot out of the other army" there are campaign missions VERY different such as comando missions where you comand only the powerful comandos through a taxing map requiring strategy and cunning
and another fairly challenging type of play is protect the villagers where little lego like pepole run along a road to safety and you must protect them at all costs.
over all 5 stars i say"you think age of empiires was good? lets see your flimsy little explorers take on an army of giant acid spiting ants!!!
