Kid Safety, Oct 08, 2009

This Game wraps the thrill of adventure and treasures to discover, into thought-provoking, strategic fun! Great for kids as well as adults. If you don’t feel safe connecting to others on the web to play, feel free to play against the computer. In some versions of Heroes of Might and Magic, you can actually create your own map, hide your own treasures, and make up your own rules. It’s such a fun game, it has been re-made many times to keep up with the technology. (I still remember the very first one, I got it in the early 90’s! :) Thanks for making it!

Old School Classic, Aug 12, 2009

I’ve been playing this game since i was at least seven years old. I never get tired of it because of all the challenging quests. I prefer this game to newer versions because I simply think it is the best Heroes game, and I like the birds eye point of view of the character. I would recommend this game to any old school gamer who is looking for an escape from all the new complicated High-Definition games.

Have you ever wanted to play a game that features both an addictive single player mode and accessible multi-player one? Look no further. Heroes of might and magic II offers a choice of 5 different playable kingdoms with respective creatures for recruitment. As if that wasn’t enough, this turn-based strategy RPG offers a wide array of personalized heroes for you to choose from. These heroes can learn spells to devastate the enemy troops and help your own on the field of battle. With the allure of faraway treasure teaming on the outskirts of your territory, you’ll be sure to want to explore and create your own landscapes on which to assert your power over the land. Heroes 2 stands up well to the later versions due to it’s simple elegance and accessibility. Moreover it is infinitely replayable due to it’s selectable difficulty modes. Give this oldy a try and you just may be surprised at how expansive and addictive it can be!

Ok, this is defiantly in the top 5 of my favorite games for PC. Aside from the old time graphics and no FPS in it, this game is one of the best, and hey the graphics are kinda why i like this game i love all the old graphics like FF3 and 4. This is an awesome game!!1

One of the Best Games Ever!, Apr 03, 2009

I have been a fan of Heroes of Might & Magic since version I. HOMM II was bigger and better. Cool music, good graphics for the time. All around entertaining. Time melted away while playing. I would find the sun rising and I had been playing all night. “Just one more turn.”
I really liked HOMM III too, but the charm in II was unbelievable. HOMM IV was not so good. HOMM V made a good comeback and I was just playing it tonight (on my Mac and the darn thing kept crashing for some reason. Grr.)
Well worth the money. Tons of play time.

I used to play this game all the time when I was a kid. Just getting to play the 60min demo brought back tons of memories! I love the "old school" graphics. It’s not gorey or it’s just plain fun! I like how it is actually pretty challenging to win, they don’t just hand it to you on a silver platter.

An Excellent Game, Jun 07, 2008

A superb game, what it lacks in graphics it makes up for with the story and gameplay, in my experience this game is a excellent way to pass the time, in my personal opinion this game is well worth the time to download and the price of the full version, it is also good for both children and adults, the only major downside of this game is the grahpic, although at the time this game was released it was undoubtedly on the cutting edge, in short this game has been on of my favourite War & Strategy games of all time.

HOMM- Classic Game, Mar 28, 2008

A True Great, Mar 26, 2008

This, in my opinion, is one of the most entertaining low graphic games ever made for the computer. With engaging and entertaining gameplay, hot-seat multiplayer options, and entertaining mixtures of campaigns and scenarios this is possible the best game in the Heroes of Might and Magic series. this is possible an endless amount of entertainment as one strives to achieve the massive army or boars or a hoard of black dragons without using the cheat codes.
