this is a very good realistic game, you can make stadiums, look at your player stats and see the games played.

This game is very familiar to me, because it’s highly replay-able. You have so many options on this game. One is building a new stadium; entering your depth of outfield walls, seating, etc. Another is to play with fictional players or actual MLB players. You can take existing teams as-is or you can do a full draft. Each season ends, you get to participate in a supplemental draft to build up your farm system.

The play-by-play isn’t that great and there is no arcade aspect to “watch” the game. But left- or right-clicking on the game will get you a box score and play-by-play log respectively.

I’ve play this practically as many hours as any other game out there, except for possibly Diablo II and CounterStrike. I still can’not recommend a better baseball-management simulation than this.

I bought the 2004 version and was hooked. I currently have the 2009 version but it’s too cumbersome. I have the 2006 version and to me it is the best version. If you love fantasy sports and simulation games, you’ll love this game.
