Game is awsome especially with the massive mod adds more realism but with windows 7 be ready for crash after crash even with NO mods and the exe fix offered from the web site. I have seen several forums with this same issue for window 7 and vista users

This game,Stranded 2, Brings alot of survival tasks into hand such as, Food, Sleepyness, And having shelter. In this game you find many interesting people along your single player Game,When you beat single player however, You get to make your own maps and then survive and thrive on it! It was Fun until i beat it I wanted to go back to my old island after i beat it since i worked hard on it but i couldn’t it was time comuming and gave me something to was it was intertaining sandbox game the map editor for me was hard to use >.< but i would recomend it easily

Very fun and addictive game, Story mode gives you a mainframe of the game, while random map keeps you busy and entertained if you ever get bored. The editor is my personal favorite part, if you know how to work it you can create fun, challenging, or both maps. Furthermore, this FREE(FREE) game of Survival is a good example of the randomness of the wild. The only cons are that:
-Graphics could be better(But still FREE)
-TD is hard, because the script messes up and it ends up firing too late at the Kiwis
-Bugs are found in the console and in-game, but that’s what I’ve heard from other reviews, the only bugs I’ve experienced is the TD one mentioned above and, once, the Sleep Feature broke and I ended up dying.

Overall, your best bet for a Survival Simulation, if you’ll pardon the Graphics*.

*The good thing about the graphics is that it runs slightly better on the older machines, so Win. 2000 is good for it.

This game is PERFECT! Many bugs I have found though. A bug for console not to show up during TD, Multiplayer not to load then a message pops up on me when it brings me back to the desktop saying : parameter not found. I’m wondering what that means, but ALSO if you need Multiplayer look it up on youtube. Or go to sys file then look for game.dll I think. It will say multiplayer=0, change it to 1 and Multiplayer is enabled. Though it is whatsoever bugged or requires Hamachi to connect it within the Networks that way the servers show up. Though I rate the game 4/5. Still hope most of the bugs get fixed.

i found a let’s play of this game (a let’s play is a video of someone playing a game with them talking) and said to myself this looks fun. and it was i can’t say really anything bad about this game (i mean it is FREE) but it’s graphics kinda is lacking (but remember it is free) about the game: this game is a survival sandbox game were u get “Title of game” and u have to survive it may sound boring but it is well made and fun it is kinda hard to explain but it is. but if u don’t like games were u have a kinda hard start u may not like this game but it is wroth a try.

I just got this about a week ago and I’m totally addicted.  It’s fun to figure out how to do things and go “ah HAH!” when you do.  The adventure mode adds a little more of an interesting element as well.  There are some slow points but not to worry, as the days go by, things change.  I haven’t found any bugs or glitches yet and the combo of the point-and-click interface with keyboard controls doesn’t take too much to master.  I recommend that you do the Survivor’s Guide map first just to get the feel for things and then you’ll be on your way to hours whizzing by without you noticing!  Enjoy!!

Stranded 2 is one of the coolest games in 3D history , not only you can stay all day just figuring out how to survive,the game is unlimited and thats the best thing about it, add to that the minigames, bonuses and skills that are in the game, it packs it up and makes it one of the best, though the graphics need a little bit of remaking

This game is brilliant. Its like the Sims 2: castaway, but only free.It have many animals, objects and other kind of stuff + map editor. Main character have a nice English accent. Only bad thing in this game is, that the graphics aren’t so good than the game itself.

Like on the title , The game is great and has a story, sandbox and even a map editor.The only things putting this game down is , when you make all the buildings and have a lot of weapons and food like bread for example , you will get bored… But overall the game is great you get to look around and kill monkeys and have a challenge.

I will start by saying that in my opinion this game is unique.  The game-play itself is unique.
The combination and the buildings are a little too simple for me, but the ideas are great.  Therefor I recommend it.  To anyone who played it too, try the massive mod too because is a little more balanced.
I will end by saying that the scripts are very simple so therefor is very easily to edit(no copyrights),the icons are easy to create,using MS-paint or any other programs.
For the b3d models, it is a little harder because you have to use 2 programs instead of one.This game gets a 5 because the scripts.

I have new ideas for making this game even more awesome.

When I first got Stranded 2, I was a little wary of fpa’s, so i wasn’t that keen… BUT after about 2 minutes i was hooked. So many things to do! I recommend stranded to anyone, anywhere regardless of age.

Wow this game keeps you on your toes, makes you laugh and at the end of a long day at work I look forward to going to my Island! I love adventure games and this by far takes the cake for free games. I would pay 19.99 for this game! But I am glad it was free! Easy start, easy directions, and you learn as you go. Great to keep you on your feet and exercise your brain!

I own an xbox 360 and am use to those games, this game is challenging.. Yes its cartoonish but what the heck, ITS FREE, It runs and installs just fine.  Don’t let the whole Searching for things get you all screwed up. The DIARY which is in the C for “what you are “CARRYING” is a good tool to help you move on and get and produce more life sustaining “STUFF”. I am 41 and I think this is a good game for my age and all ages, though you have to kill things, Turtles,Crabs and Monkeys by basically hitting them.  You can fish and collect fruit also. It is not graphic but you still are able to kill.. hence your stranded. Good game, give it a shot.  Making fire can only be done after you build a hut,so don’t get mad. From the hut you can do anything.  If you hold down the Left mouse button you can cut trees and rock, this was a little hard to get due to the poor symbols used but other than that, it is good.. Have fun, Russ.

This game is good for everyone because it has some real life things that can help in the real world.

For example it can teach you how to survive in real life situations

It taught me that you can get water from leaves by rubbing a rock on them.

The whole game is free, even the mods, so I recommended this game for everyone.
