real estate empire, Apr 28, 2008
by diane (ohio)
The game Real Estate Empire would be considered a game that takes a lot of strategy because you could be winning an then the next round you could be losing it takes a lot of focus and you can’t give up the first time your not doing to well.I would consider this game not only fulfilling in a game entertainment way but in a mental and competitive way. Play this game and you won’t be let down!

Real Estate Empire = GOOD ON YER!, Apr 22, 2008

Great game! I find it a little difficult but it’s very fun. I would recommend it to anyone, especially to those who enjoy ‘simcity’, the ‘sims’ or any other economic games.
‘Good on yer’ to whoever made the game. :D

The game is very monotone. All there is to do is buy low and sell high.I played trial version for 1 hour and it was boring i just click and click month after a month. My suggestions of improving would be bigger map with different areas for example industrial zone or some kind of stadiums nearby house, high or low crime rate, more sophisticated ways of buying houses, better repairing of house, ways of destroying enemy houses, side jobs like working underground etc.

oh what a game When I was getting to higher types of houses I wanted to cry when my trial finished just as I was becoming top of the property ladder I couldn’t believe it. I recommend it to anyone who likes building games. It was great and will 100% tell my friends about it.

Simple but Challenging, Feb 27, 2008

I downloaded the trial last night, and was disappointed when my time was up. This is very easy to get into, pretty fast paced and fun. Its nice to have a choice of character types from handyman to realestate agent. I am going to buy the full version today when I have tried out a few more and decided if I want the multigame discount. Also the game is actually cheaper here than on ebay and there is no postage.

awsome!, Feb 18, 2008

This game looks real! You can buy any thing from a trailer to a mansion, they even have office buildings. you and 4 other computerized people in the real estate business trade buildings. You have to buy, fix and sell to win this game!

Property Tycoon's MUST, Feb 10, 2008
by Jacob (Colchester, Essex UK)
This game is probably the best game for those who wish to be in the property ladder! This game makes you buy houses, fix them up and sell them to make a good profit (depending on how much you spent).
I downloaded this game twice and i still want to play it! this game is great because you also have rivals to go against. Every time you want to make a profit you want to make more, thus wanting to play it more!
This game is definitely worth the money for the full version because, once you’ve played it your hooked!

Easily the best real estate game on the market, Jan 14, 2008
by TheChris808 (Hawaii)
I’ve tried many of them (including build a lot, Trump and Cashflow 101)and this game is the closest to the real thing. In order to win at it, you must focus on the two most important parts of flipping real estate.
1) Market Value
2) Making lots and lots of offers
The computer players are no walk in the park either as they’ve snatched numerous deals from me while I was contemplating a purchase.
The in-game time seems to be relatively accurate as well.
Most of the professions in the game start with $5000+ in their savings. But most investors start with nothing.
But overall, this is definitely a game for beginning investors as well as gamers who love a challenge. Its not as easy to win as it is to play.
A definite must have in my opinion.

This game was truly awesome, The 1 hour trial version just make me crave for the game. I am an accountancy student and this game is really a perfect match for me, I’ve exercised almost all my skills in this game.. this would really boost out your business abilities.. I am really excited to recommend this game to my classmates and friends.. I know they will like this.. It’s a sure thing!..

I thought this was going to be really fun but I was disappointed. It was pretty boring in my opinion. It was a little more realistic than other real estate games, but definetly not more fun. Throughout the entire game basically was you do is look at a map and pick a house to buy. You submit an offer and if it is accepted, it gives you a list of what repairs you need. You either fix it up or replace it. You than sell it and than you get an offer. You can either accept that offer or counter offer it. Than you do that process over and over again.

BORING, Jan 01, 2008
by ashley (Indiana USA)
I downloaded the "FREE" version of this game and was so excited because it looked really interesting. It ended up being very confusing and boring i actually uninstalled it and moved on to a different game it really doesn’t do a good job explaining what your goals are and what you should do, that or I just wasn’t paying attention. It look interesting but didn’t really serve up what I expected it to dish out. I would not recommend this game at all and I am a huge game lover i love almost every single one of this simulation games they are awesome excluding this one. Try it thought you might think differently.

What a Real Estate Agent Thinks of the game, Dec 25, 2007
by Juanita (Gauteng, South-Africa)
I truly enjoyed this game - It is witty but yet fun. True to the industry. But even if you do not know anything about real estate - you would still be able to play and enjoy the game.
