This is a good game but not great. It makes it hard to sell houses, and you get many low offers. It will take you some time to work your way out of the slums and into better houses.It would be nice if you could rent houses. I think that would make the game a lot better, because renting is such an important part of real estate. Also, the neighborhoods could be more detailed and bigger. Overall, it is fun and not too easy, so it doesn’t get boring.

This game should be played by all youngsters who are planing to be a real estate agent when they grow up…. Yes the Game is sped up but the concept is very much the same, you have to decide how much you want to spend on repairs and so forth.

Real estate empire is a very good game
you begin choosing a character; each has a different career with different earnings, savings, and expenses. They earn an income. You then have to buy houses, fix them up, and then sell them for a profit. This game is a bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it is rather easy and quite fun. Very Unique!!!

Real Estate Empire is quite a fun game. At first it is a bit hectic, as it is a fast-paced game, but once you get the hang of it it’s great. You buy houses, fix them up and then sell them again to make a profit. I think it is a really good representation of what the real estate market would really be like in a big city.

It’s a great game, and I was quite sad when my free trial was up.

An amazing game, it was like I was stuck to the computer monitor, every moment of the game was exciting, I never knew a job of realtor was so challenging and exciting, makes me feel like I can become one myself. Okay, so I really liked this game.  I love simulation games, but this one is quite a bit more like the real world.  You have to make careful selections, watch your money, fix up your properties (to a certain point), and resell quickly otherwise you will loose a great deal of money.  I really enjoyed the somewhat realistic economy fluctuations, etc. A really sweet game!

The game Real Estate Empire would be considered a game that takes a lot of strategy because you could be winning an then the next round you could be losing it takes a lot of focus and you can’t give up the first time your not doing to well.I would consider this game not only fulfilling in a game entertainment way but in a mental and competitive way. Great game! I find it a little difficult but it’s very fun. I would recommend it to anyone, especially to those who enjoy ‘simcity’, the ‘sims’ or any other economic games.

The game is very monotone.All there is to do is buy low and sell high.I played trial version for 1 hour and it was boring i just click and click month after a month.My suggestions of improving would be bigger map with different areas for example industrial zone or some kind of stadiums nearby house, high or low crime rate, more sophisticated ways of buying houses, better repairing of house,ways of destroying enemy houses,side jobs like working underground etc.

I downloaded the trial last night, and was disappointed when my time was up. This is very easy to get into, pretty fast paced and fun. Its nice to have a choice of character types from handyman to realestate agent. I am going to buy the full version today when I have tried out a few more and decided if I want the multigame discount. Also the game is actually cheaper here than on ebay and there is no postage.

This game is probably the best game for those who wish to be in the property ladder! This game makes you buy houses, fix them up and sell them to make a good profit (depending on how much you spent).
I downloaded this game twice and i still want to play it! this game is great because you also have rivals to go against. Every time you want to make a profit you want to make more, thus wanting to play it more!
This game is definitely worth the money for the full version because, once you’ve played it your hooked!
