sweet game, Aug 19, 2007

This has been one of the best games i have ever played. I love how easy and awesome this game is. I cant seem to quit playing - it’s the only game i have played in the last week. I hope they will come out with the fourth one. Monopoly 3 is well worth the price for the full version.
My brother and sister who are younger than me love playing Monopoly3 as well. i think this is a great game for children and adults. the only thing i don’t like is the jail. i always get caught in there. this is alot better than the first Monopoly games. other than the jail Monopoly3 has the best gaming and best graphics on the computer. i love how real it looks and how you can buy sell and auction off land.I hope you all love my review. I better be getting back to playing Monopoly3 so i can have more fun.

Good old monopoly with a plus, Aug 05, 2007

As a Monopoly enthusiast. The subtle animations, which doesn’t compromise the speed of the game, helps keep the excitement level high. Control options are an added bonus to those who wish to customize their game. Having control over a Monopoly sometimes gives an unfair advantage, but I enjoy winning and playing the tycoon every now and than. Though when I need a challenge, the level of the opponent can be changed as well. Basically with a Monopoly game you can’t go wrong. This version improves on the user interaction with the game itself, making this my choice for best version of Monopoly to date. The only downside might be not being able to rub it in when I win!

This Monopoly Game is Great!, Jul 27, 2007

This Monopoly game is so fun…we’re able to play it on our home network with each other (yelling from room to room!) or if no one is around, it’s nice to have the option to play with a computer opponent, at a level you are able to choose. The graphics are really nice and fun; the game is very user friendly and easy to understand. It gives you options of graphics and which sounds and animations you prefer, as well. If you like regular Monopoly, you’ll love Monopoly 3 software for the computer!!! Well worth the money for the full version!

This game is the greatest game known to man. It’s the traditional all american game. Everyone had this game growing up and if not, your neighbor did. This really takes me back to when I was a kid. Now, the on-line version, allows us to remember the good old times without the clutter. And with our busy lifestyle, there is no excuse not to gather in front of the computer and just go nuts!! I would of paid 1,ooo dollars!!

Fantastic, Jun 01, 2007

This is a fantastic game! Of course, with all games there are a few items that could be enhanced. For example, there could be explanations regarding aspects such as âFree Parking Rulesâ for those that do not know what those rules entail. In addition, under Windows XP, the game takes some time to come up after the initial screen is loaded. These however are not game killers as game play is worth the little wait and the lack of explanations. During play, the game runs smoothly, the graphics are great, and the choice of tokens are awesome, considering that the author included the cannon and the battleship. I am not sure if the money bag was an original piece to the real game but is a great addition either way. The player dialog is a very cool addition as well. I played Monopoly 95 for a number of years but decided to upgrade as it does not graphically work well on XP. Some aspects were difficult to get used to but all in all, this is an exceptional adaptation of the board game.

although this is in no way even close to the actual board game, it is still a nice game, i enjoy being about to play without having to have my family wanting to play, nice.

Monopoly: Revisited and Remodeled, May 04, 2007
by Toni (Garland, TX)
The classic board game is transformed into a ultra modern PC game. Infinite hours of fun for less than $20. Great for ages 10 to 100. Two many variations to count—choose several human players and/or computer players with various skill levels. You can play the classic board or new city boards, including New York, Boston, Dallas, and many more. The graphics are great, but the dialogue is somewhat corny. It’s fast-paced! The only draw-back is that players can build and trade when it’s not their turn. Still, the game is great fun and extremely easy to play.

Okay, my main problem with this game is that you cannot change the view of the player. There should be options of different positions to play from. I couldn’t really get a full idea of the game, and who had what because it keeps moving around and jumping around. It was kind of hard to see what properties each person had.
For a game that has already been invented, and has been a classic for so many years, this is a pretty poor pc version.

AWESOME FUN!!, Mar 30, 2007

I have always loved board games and Monopoly by far is the best! I love how realistic it is with the money and moves (they are so similar to actually playing the game in real life) as well. The only thing that I didn’t like was the 60 minute limit but that is mostly because I could’ve played this game for awhile. Also, this game is perfect for both kids and adults, especially those reliving the good old days. Overall though, excluding the time limit, it was worth the effort to download it and install it. The full version is probably worth the price (though I haven’t purchased it yet myself). Compared to other games, this one isn’t boring and keeps you entertained and interested for awhile. I would most definitely recommend this to all my friends and family, young and old, to download, install, and play.

When i downloaded it, i found that the graphics were way above average for computer-based bord games. I was delighted when i found that there was another "online play" option, which allows people to have a nice quiet game of Monopoly with anyone in the world.
Absolutly sublime! A real must-have for Monopoly fans.
