One of the best conversions of table games ever, Feb 16, 2008
by Yonatan Kra (Modiin, Israel)
If you know Risk from stormy nights when you and your friends struggled to conquer the world, or just want to know this great game - this is the best way to do it.
No dealing with cards, or small army pieces - just click and play. You set the rules, scenarios etc. and the game’s engine does it all for you.
There’s a campaign mode, multi player and some more surprises that would make you addicted in no time…
A warm recommendation!

No risk in playing Risk 2, Feb 07, 2008
by Srikrishna Mohan (Chennai, India)
One of the best games I have played. Amazing graphics and a great sense of anticipation and thrill involved in the process. Let me tell you that you will have a great time playing this. The sounds and other real life like effects are too good. Very gripping. A lil bit of luck involved too, but to a large percentage its a game that involves lot of strategical decision making. What’s more, you can play this game online, form allies during the war, even betray your allies for the cause of universal conquest. Go right ahead and check it out folks….....Enjoy!!!!!!

Game On !!!, Jan 19, 2008

After playing many board games for many years i never thought we could have a better game than RISK. I have played different versions of RISK on the board and never thought about the fact that RISK 2 on the computer could be a better experience. Its absolutely awesome. Its not just about war. It gives you the challenge to prove your intelligence with different phases like Tournament, you V/s computer AI. you really have to play to know what i mean. I would say if that you the like the rush of Negotiation, Luck, betrayal, Alliance, Survival and Strategy then Check this out. Well done "The makers of this Game" Bravo.
"Can We also have Risk 3 - Maybe with some Marine units" Cheers

Great Game, Jan 19, 2008

I love RiskII It’s a Flip from board to PC. It has stunning battle techniques and picture. Theres no bothering setup/cleanup involved. It’s got great new options and graphics. I liked playing it because it had awesome pictures and details. I also enjoyed friends or computer enemies. The extra options are useful for if you get bored of normal play. Only if I had the full version…..

Awesome Game, Jan 07, 2008

I’ve been a fan of the board game for over 10 years, so I was a bit worried when I bought this game thinking it might be too easy. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. This game can be as challenging as you would like to make it. The tournament mode is my favorite mode of this game, you have to play a wide different varieties of risk to win in tournament mode, but if you like the classical risk you can still play that too. I really have no complaints about this game, I play it all the time.

I love the game, Jan 04, 2008

This is a pretty good version of RISK, I dont play against people that often in the board game, but now I can practice up with a challenging computer AI for when I do get to play against my friends. Sure this is only the standard RISK, but the game is still good and worth it.

Risk 2 Review, Nov 20, 2007
by Conner (Wenatchee, WA USA)
Risk 2 puts some new twists on the biggest classic of all strategy board games but still remains true to the original. You can play in Classic mode using the rules of the Risk board game, Same-Time mode where all players attacks are decided simultaneously or Tournament mode which is a mix of Classic and Same-Time games. Risk 2 lets old fans enjoy the Risk game they have loved for years with refreshing new touches that will give them even more enjoyment. This updated Risk will also attract a new legion of fans

The game was pretty cool, although to me it was difficult to understand at first.I think I like the board game better but it was still pretty cool.I would say it was worth it to download.

Great Game, Nov 17, 2007
by Zeres (Finland)
I like the game over all, it’s the best strategy board game in earth. But I wanted to play risk with my friend in network, but we can’t play because you can’t add computer players. Would be best game if you could add computer players to network game. 4/5

One of the greatest revolution, Nov 06, 2007
by Nicaleus Tan (Singapore)
Hi to anyone who sees this review of mine. I’m a 27 year fanatic of Risk. Started playing risk in the era of board games. There’s much revolutionary changes between board till online nowadays. However, trust me. Nothing beat this version dated today. What really amazed me is the 3D deployment on the battle. This really entertained me while fighting a battle where you can witness the falls on soldiers, explosion of cannons. I can’t comment any further on the positive factors of this game. One advice from me, play it and feel the revolution and you will understand the thrill and feeling which I’m experiencing now. If not, you might be wasting time staring at different search engine for "good Risk game" result. Don’t waste your precious time, start now and feel what me and the rest are experiencing here.

The Best Strategy Game - Risk, Nov 02, 2007
by Damian L. (Carnegie, Vic AUS)
This is the best strategy game I have played. Even AOE2 is not as good!

Good but one frustrating aspect, Nov 02, 2007
by Mark (UK)
Great game to play when in the classic version however when in tournament mode this can become tiresome. The AI is pretty good but when making alliances do not put too much trust in the computer players sticking to them. Graphics and battle scenes are good but become repetitive (Risk 1 at least let you auto roll).
There is a new mode with approximately 15 different tournaments utilising a combination of instant attack or classic approaches but you have to go through them in order. Problem is that even if you complete 3 in a row there is no start from where you left off (ie you got tired and want to save)- you have to start a new tournament from number 1. Additionally you will note that the distribution of players in each tournament remains the same no matter how many times you start it(and because you have to start them again I have been there several times). These faults detract somewhat from what is otherwise a very good game.

Excellent game, Oct 23, 2007
by Jim
This game is great for strategy lovers. The graphics are very good and the new real time game is very challenging. If you loved the original risk, you will love this one as well. The only downfall is that the game needs more aggressive AI generals to play against and the tournament aspect of the game can take a great deal of time. Despite this, I would give the game overall a thumbs up.

This Game is Awesome!! A Must Play!!, Oct 03, 2007
by H. May (Hartford, AL)
I have played the board version of this one and believe me the computer version is twenty times better! Plus no wasting time setting up or putting away! This game gives you all the same features as the board game and more! it is just great! I loved it! Even my children enjoyed watching the battles! So easy even my seven year old could do it! Which for me is a plus when I can do something on the computer with the kids that we can both enjoy! Thank you for making such a great and intriging game! I can’t wait to play it again!

Great Risk Adaptation, Sep 26, 2007

I played the board game and loved it. I played this and loved THIS even more! All the variants I would play while playing the board game are actually on this game. Very very fun and DEFINITELY worth the price!
