43211 Fun and addicting!, Jul 25, 2010

by Amanda (Massachusetts)

I think that this game is perfect for both kids and adults, and wonderful for people who don’t have time to play often, you just check up on them every so often to see their progress, and thats it! No matter how many times I play it, I find something new with every new tribe! This game wraps up my 2 favorite things in a game, time-management and simulation, and I hope it will play into the hearts of many, many more people!

by Sophie Warner (Ridgefield, WA USA)

I love the Virtual Villagers games because they are like puzzles. They are hard and fun at the same time, plus they don’t take a lot of concentration. You have to make the right choices or you endanger the lives of your villagers. They can get sick, work hard, make families. It’s just an all around fun game, especially for younger children. I have several neighbors that play this game and they love it also. Have fun when you play virtual villagers.

43211 Very best, Jul 24, 2009

by Khayam (Sahiwal,Pakistan)

I’ve been playing this game for a whole year and it never fails to please me. I love to grow my own villager and it gives me a surprise every time I turned it on! I kept making more babies and I kept unlocking more techno’s!

Even though the process of the growth of the villager is slow, it’s worth it because the more adults I grow the faster and better it will be.

54321 Awsome game, Aug 17, 2008

by Tasha (Rouyn-Noranda, QC CANADA)

This game is real fun. You’re taking care of a village of children with 2 adults. Its so cool. Its a good game for all ages, I think this game is worth download and buying. You have to find food sources, have a villager do research, build huts and explore plus it’s like as if it was in real life since it takes some time for the villagers to mature.

54321 Virtual Villagers II, Jul 25, 2008

by Tresiree (RI, USA)

This game is fun and awesome; a great sequel to the first. It always has a new and funny surprise around every turn; my friends and I are always laughing about these unexpected surprises, like a crate washed up on the beach that has a baby and diapers in it, and so many more. However, it is a puzzle game and can be a rather difficult. Instead of just being the game controller, you are one of the villagers trying to figure out the surprises of the island and new ways to help you survive. I know that some of my friends and I and even my mom got really attached to their villagers. I don’t know how, but it seems like the villagers have personalities.
Virtual villagers II is a great game for everyone. After a long day, it is a fun and relaxing game to wind down to. It can be played for short periods of time and you can still progress, not like other games that stop whenever you turn it off. It would be good for kids: to help them build problem-solving skills and keep them entertained.

Pretty Good But Graphic’s Lack Slightly. Its Very Time Consuming and Fun,Great For Everyone Above the age of 10. The Point of the Game Is Ok. Overall It’s a Very Creative Game.

trade winds legends is a great game.it makes you feel like your a real sailor from the astonishing sea battles and many different ship types to the great character back storys and interesting characters also great and funny crew members.the best ship type is the flying ship.the latest improvement in the tradewinds series is the vast variety of ships and crew members.it was with out a doubt they greatest game i had ever played.and i have played a lot of great games. but this one is the best.the best thing about it is after you beat the game you can create your own character and there is vast character customization. that is why i give this game a 5 out of 5.

43211 Fantastic Game, May 04, 2008

by Christopher Devinn (Providence, RI USA)

I did not think that a new updated version of Virtual Villagers would provide even more fun and excitement.  I was WRONG!!  This games brings you to a new and even more exciting world of gaming.  Finding and unlocking the mysteries are not only hours of fun, but makes you feel totally in control.  If you are a Virtual Villager fan and you thought that you would never be able to go any farther….don’t be disappointed….download the full version and get ready for new and challenging hours of fun.  I can’t wait for Virtual Villagers 3 to be created. Be warned…not only will you have hours of fun playing Villagers 2….but you will find yourself replaying this game over and over so that you can discover different surprises that await your little humans in your village.  A big "Hats Off" to the creators….Keep games like this coming.

54321 Virtual villagers 2 the BEST GAME EVER, Mar 13, 2008

by thomas oakes (port macquarie, NSW Australia)

There was a beautiful island where lost villagers made their home. They explored their small part of the island and knew every corner. Only a mysterious cave had not been carefully explored. One day two intrepid villagers ventured into the dark recesses and discovered an opening through thick vines! Curious they pressed through..they fall over a waterfall to find some lost children with hardly any food and no parents to be seen!
There are many milestones and puzzles to be solved in the second chapter of the virtual villagers games. There are many interesting things to collect as you complete the game. i thought the game was the best and is highly addicted and i couldn’t stop playing it! i cant wait for the third part of virtual villagers. there is also technology to get by collecting tech points and leads to higher development in buildings, breeding, farming, exploration, culture, science, and it unlocks many things to keep you occupied for hours on end. virtual villagers 2 THE BEST :)

43211 Very Fun Game (Recommended), Dec 06, 2007

by Michael (AUS)

Its so fun watching your small village of people turn into…..well a big village of people. Its exciting knowing that every time after you’ve turned off the computer that when you come back that something new and exciting will have happened. I definatly recommend this game to people who like The Sims and even if you don’t like The Sims it is still a very enjoyable game. Although I would call it more of a kids or teenagers game I’m sure some adults would like it as well.  The only problem i find with this game is waiting hours for a house to be built, sure it makes a bit more realistic but you are spending more time not playing the Virtual Villagers 2 to get further in the game. It’s "user-friendly" meaning that it’s easy to play.It is worth the small price so i suggest you get it.

BEST GAME EVER!!!! Virtual Villagers will blow your mind. It even plays when you’re not. It’s so crazy. You can build your own huts, increase the size of your collony, and get your own food. Show your people how to research, catch food, and build. This may be short but this is one of the best games ever!!!!

54321 Why YOU should play and download Virtual villagers 2, Nov 20, 2007

by Dominique (USA)

My experience with Virtual Villagers was amazing. I thought the first one was great. The second one is even better. With new features like fire building, things to collect, Tree climbing, even more random events alot more often. When i first played it I was no doubt HOOKED. How such a simple game can bring so much entertainment is beyond me, You start and you’ll find yourself playing for hours on end. The only thing I dont like about the game is sometimes the villagers are disobedient and likes to stroll off from tasks you assign them, and when you mate someone they dont always breed, but those kinda things are what make you want to play more and make you want to play till the end, when you reach perfection. That is truly worth the time and the effort. Good Luck!

54321 virtual villagers 2- the lost children, Oct 08, 2007

by Keshav Sarraf (Sidhi, MP India)

i am a student and i generally do not get much time to play games and understand that how to play them. But after i installed the game Virtual Villagers i found it just a very amazing one.I understood the game in a short time and i was enjoying it alot.after that i switched to Virtual Villagers 2 and it was more fun playing it. playing this game is an excellent was of passing time.i also found the activities which we perform take a long time but that is also a concept of the game that development is a slow process.i also liked another aspect of the game that it runs on my pc clock.overall the game was a great fun

54321 Lets Get Virtual, Oct 06, 2007

by Meg (Belford, Northumberland, England)

I had my doubts about Virtual Villagers 2. Real time didn’t appeal to me but after careful consideration i tried the free trial.
I read the instructions and almost immediately i knew what the game was about and the story so far (as i hadn’t played the first game. The first game had seen islanders stranded and fending for themselves and they went into a cave and at the end they found the lost children. I renamed all the charecters in the info screen (as Maib as Kaitu just didn’t fit in with me).  After that i turned the free trial of and went for a coffee. Two of my villagers had gone in the hut for ‘private time’ and the woman came out with a baby. When i turned the game on next, the baby was in her late childhood. I decided i liked the idea of real time. I made each villager have a job, science, farming etc
My free trial sadly ended whilst one of the first of sixteen puzzles were being unlocked. I immediately bought the full version and carried on playing
This game is a one off

43211 Good Game!, Sep 12, 2007

by Amanda (Chicago, IL USA)

This game is a great sim game. A much simpler version of SimCity, almost like the SimTown of long ago…lol. It’s very easy to play, and it’s nice that it goes on in the background even when it’s not on. That makes up for how slow the game time is, because you can just check in to make sure they’re doing everything you’d like them to do every half hour or so. The graphics are simplistic, but not bad. I highly recommend it.

As a mother of 2 daughters I wanted to find a game that we could all enjoy playing. This is a great family game, everyone can play! My girls love it and so do I! Its challenging yet not to challenging. The kids in the game are reluctant to do anything with out help, just like real life, LOL!
