This is an awesome game for many reasons. One is that it gives the best experience of the old century empire and how things worked. When playing this game I felt like I was an empire and once I started playing I couldn’t get my eyes off of it. Unlike other games this not only has land units but it also had ships and all kinds of other things such as ladders, cannons, arrow shooters, and etc. It allows you to build houses to grow your population limit, build a farm to grow food for your people, build a barracks to create your army, and a lot of other things. This is a truly amazing games! I would totally recommend this to everyone. This game has all in one. And I am sure that once you start playing it you will start to wish that it never end!

Absorbing strategy game with many scenarios to choose from. 3 great warlords, many battles. I’ve played it for several years and still enjoy it. I’ve been unable to find other players for the multiplayer mode, but player vs computer is satisfying.
Each mission usually takes between 45 minutes up to 3 hours to complete, usually one hour to an hour and a half. Difficulty levels of missions within a difficulty setting are not always consistent.

Good AI allows for automation of repetitive tasks allowing the player to concentrate on battle strategy. Environmental / ecological constraints need to be observed, some resources are fixed so ignore this feature at your peril. There is the occasional inconsistency in the game as to what to right click and what to left click, if in doubt try both. Graphics are a little dated, but an excellent engine.

The game can be paused and saved at any point, and when fighting in the higher difficulty levels this is almost essential to co-ordinate the many things happening simultaneously. Absorbing and with excellent replay value, worth downloading the full version. If the multiplayer mode was easier to access I would give it 5 stars, but 4 stars. Consider it a stand alone game. Suitable for teens and adults.

I really love the game Fate Of the Dragon because I like the battle system where you can control the generals and soldier to fight.The leveling up system is also really cool. I also like how the game lets you siege the castle and the generals spells. Some of the spells are awesome, like traps, and entice enemy officers. The storyline is perfect. But there are still some things I don’t like about it, you can’t really ally with anybody unless it is required by the mission. It would be much better if you include more rulers, not just Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Quan. I think this game is the first war game that I really like and had a lot of fun time playing it. It is really worth it. Anybody that likes strategy games should buy the full version of Fate Of the Dragon.

I absolutely LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this game!!! I remember my brother introducing it to me and when I played it I couldn’t stop! I love these types of games; strategic, great plot, good-enough graphics and all around addict-driving lol.

What I liked/disliked:

1) Graphics: It may not be your BEST graphics, but it’s enough to capture you on the spot. I’m an artistic person, and so I may say that it wouldn’t INSTANTLY capture your (artistic) eyes, BUT as a gamer I can say that it’s captured enough and also that it (shadings, colors etc.) made it a nice atmosphere/dramatic effect. I disliked the use of too much damp colors but after a while it’s quite settling for the game, and so for graphics I give it a good 4/5 ^-^v

2) Plot: Basically, it’s like one of those other Defeat-and-Conquer games BUT the PLOTS always make the game’s base interesting and intriguing, WHICH I think is the point of any game being created (to me anyways =P). For FotD its plot/story was a nice intro and caught my attention, but not ENOUGH that it made me fascinate it. I liked the fact that it’s based in Asia because I love cultures as such, so having 3 kingdoms fight for Ruler of 1 using fancy swords and complicated names is well around ‘Great’ for me lol. I’d give the plot 3/5 ^-^v Disliked: A common-ish plot. Liked: The story and outcomes.

3) Music: I would definitely say that the soundtrack fit the game a lot! Lol, and quite relaxing to my ears, BUT can be a bit boring once you’re used to it but that’s COMMON in any game play. So I’d give it a good 5/5 for music ^o^v

Now those are my views on the game itself, now for questions like:

“Was it fun??” ~ Yes, DEFINITELY. One of the BEST strategic games I’ve ever played and quite addicting lol ^O^v

“Is the price worth it?” ~ If I just said it’s ‘definitely fun’ then yeah, pretty much worth every penny, but that’s MY view so don’t blame me on spending YOUR money >o>” lol

“Is it good for kids/adults??” ~ Kids above 12 (or ones who are into this kinda game) would like this, I won’t say DEFINITELY because I wouldn’t know how one would overview it because I’m not a kid lol. For adults who are a talented game-general will have fun with this game, to me it’s difficult enough for me to think twice of my actions but easy enough to overcome my losses >=D ^-^v

If I would compare this to another game, I couldn’t because this was my first strategic/conquer/(whatever genre you wanna call it) game and it was a great experience! So I thank my brother for even introducing it to me and the creators for even making it!!!  ^o^v lol.

this game is like no game I’ve ever played before. This game has many perks of a strategy war game but takes place long ago in a simpler age. I bought this game because the demo wasn’t   long enough for me. If you really want the thrill of the game and the best parts then just buy it. I would buy it even before the demo its so good.

I like the game cuz it got all the things you need, It has maps, which you won’t easily get lost. It has some great characters, and there are warnings of enemy’s attacking you and you can also make money and other resources.The price is worth it. It is good for kids and adults.

I’ve been only playing this game for an hour but i love this game, everything about it is fun and if you really want to enjoy this game i suggest you download the full version because if the trial is really good than the full version will be even better, this game isn’t even hard to play , the graphics aren’t that bad either, this game is so interesting and fun and i haven’t stopped playing since, so you should get this game if you like fighting and games that challenge you.

"Fate of the dragon" what a game. When I first saw the name, I didnt really know what to expect but as soon as I started with it, I didnt want to stop. I haven’t finished playing the game and I’ve been playing it for more than a year now, the reason, simple, the game is huge and you keep find new ways to accomplish your mission faster and faster and with that, it’s always exciting.
I’m a strategy game fanatic, but this game has really raised the level, my brother and I would fight over who was going to play it everyday because of the magnificence of it, until we learnt to play together.
I would really recommend this game to every gamer out there, it’s entertainment from start to finish (if you’ll ever finish that is…)

This game is great one of the best of its type very hands on. It also includes historicly accurate game play resource collecting is easy whicg is good so u can focus on fighting a war. Aother feature that makes this game very distinctive is the langue tha characters speak making it realistic. The diversity of the buildings are very grand makihg the game picture perfect i rate this game 4 stars

fantastic game, similar to several other strategy games of its type, however small details such as the ability to hire characters and build up their strengths and abilities give this game its own individual style. medium standard of graphics are made up for in the games ability to draw you in to play for hours on end.

a must for all budding strategists.
