Fun game, Aug 18, 2009
by Alicia
I really liked this game because you get to build what you like and have the people come to your park. It’s really neat how it works too. I think this would be a GREAT choice for any children and adults to play this game. It’s for all ages. It’s fun, interesting, and it is well worth the price you would pay for this game and I would consider buying this game for myself or a friend.

Rocking Roller, Jul 31, 2009
by Corbin
This game is a wonderful game for children of all ages. I am very pleased with my free trial; everything from the graphics to the amazing content itself. This game is easy to play, and very enhancing. It gives the player control, and draws them in by the feeling of power. The game is a well priced game. I could see many people, including myself paying up to fifty dollars for the full version. The game is well worth the great price that download-free-games.com applies. I appreciate the time all the makers put into Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, and I verify that anyone can find enjoyment in this wonderful game!

The greatest PC game I'd ever played!, Jul 26, 2009
by Israel
It’s like your the park Owner, managing rides, stalls, and other great stuff! I was collecting Rollercoaster tycoon 1&2 from cereal boxes. But I lost the 1st Rollercoaster Tycoon. I always loan money before I make or build rides, (you should do that you know!)

So I totally love this game, it’s kinda like rct1 but..better! lol I didn’t like rct3 because it was kind of confusing and I didn’t like the 3d lol. I’ll stick with 2d. I highly recommend this game for anyone who loves building things, and loves roller coasters =]

Amazing Game!, Jul 13, 2009
by Alexander Wray
Whenever I am tired and bored of shooting games, I would usually go for simulation games. I would say that this is the best game ever! You can create your own amusement park and have different rides in it I.E Rollercoasters and thrill rides! You can even create your own rollercoaster or choose an already made one.
They have different attractions you can even research! I would recommend this game to any person above 10 years old because it can also give them a learning experience of how an amusement park starts. People might think that this game is “too old” or “too shabby”, but I think it is the best!
It is not too hard and yet not too easy. Whenever I play it, I would do a rollercoaster-based amusement park, but you can base it on any type of rides! It is a blast even for family time!
The graphics are great and you can even create your own scenarios I.E having you get 2,500 guests, within 5 years, in the park!
So if you are ever in need of a game that isn’t too violent, yet not too childish, then I would recommend this any day, anytime!

roller coaster tycoon 2, Jul 02, 2009
by Jeffrey Connors
Roller Coaster Tycoon games are great! But even though it is a strategy game it doesn’t even feel like it is. I would recommend trying out the first rct before you try out the second. I love roller coaster tycoon games, but the only thing I dont like which is hard to do is starting off a park. There are harder challenges in rct 2 though. For example, one challenge is to get 1,500 guests in your park by year 4 with a park rating of 600. The only thing I would suggest is to try out the demo before you try out the full game. I hope this helped you out! Good Luck

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, Jun 26, 2009
by Sam Wemyss
This is a roller coaster ride of a game. You decide what to build & where to build a theme park. If you’re over those boring combat games, this is the game for you. It’s got breathtaking rides for you to unlock & discover. Try to attract the biggest crowds, set your prices & open the gates & you will have cash flowing in no time. You can start from the bottom & work your way to the top or start with an excellent theme park & try to keep it running. It’s a game that you could play for hours on end & never get the slightest bit bored. It has better graphics than the first game as well as new features & rides for you to use. Enjoy a real life experience of a theme park with the biggest event of all… the roller coaster.

Great, Fun Game!!!!, Jun 22, 2009
by Kesley
I loved this game and EVERYONE should get it. At least play the free version to use up some time! It’s super fun to build roller coasters that you can look at and say “I built that!” Plus, you get to watch people ride and have fun. It may even inspire you to become a theme park owner or roller coaster engineer.

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, Jun 22, 2009
by Kris Licht
I know it’s been out for some time now, but I’ve re-introduced myself to the great old games of Atari from the past. I remember building and enjoying the fruits of my labor many times over. Now, 6 years later, I am still to this day, enjoying the thrills and wonderful things of a game that never plays the same way twice. I believe I’ve conquered the parks so many times now I’ve lost count, but I really don’t care because I’ve changed each park, each time. After I added the expansion pack, I had even more fun. Although I’ve played “Thrillville” on PlayStation, it doesn’t give me the same satisfaction as Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 has/does. If I had more thumbs, I’d put them all up, but for now, without the operation, I can only put up two…maybe I’ll go get some friends to help me…? Enjoy the game as I do and really let yourself get lost in the twists and turns that your riders will take and the power over what they get to eat and ride. You’re not God, but you sure know what he was feeling like on the day He created fun!

Best game ever!, Jun 20, 2009
by Vincent A. Mastantuno
I have never played a better game. I would definitely buy this game’s sequel if i had the money. I thank you for allowing me to play this amazing (no astonishing) game!!!!!!!!! I think a helpful hint is to not waste money on scenery because it doesn’t attract visitors at all to your park. you can start with pre-made parks and work from there but the rides are generally alike and you should sell and get almost the same amount of people. I think it is easier to start from scratch and is more fun. the only part i don’t like is making customized rides you have a limited choice of parts and it takes a long time. The weirdest thing is some beginner levels are harder than some harder park missions to me. Now that i got my opinions out of the way, the game starts with different missions that supply hours of fun. All together this is a great game and I have already recommended it to all my friends and they agree it rocks.

by Dale Backus
I’ve played RCT ever since the first was released. Had every Expansion pack for the RCT 1 and currently own RCT 2 & 3. Love em all! I’ve always wanted to design theme parks, but with the money I have it is impossible, but the second I bring up RCT it’s a dream come true!

Awesome Game, Jun 08, 2009
by Jeff Binder
I love RCT 2. I love everything about it. The game is semi-realistic, the rides are good, the food is innovative, and the guests are entertaining. What could be better? RCT3 rides with the setup and design of RCT2.
Overall, RCT2 is a great buy :)

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 great for learning, despite simple graphics, Jun 01, 2009
by Jonathan
Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 is very addictive and a great introduction for students to get a hold on the basics of Physics and business management. Of course, the situations and time frames are unrealistic, but my students, as well as I have had a fun time creating (and destroying) roller coasters for the sake of learning.
The full version price was reasonable, considering that I can always use this to teach. I don’t always need to continually buy the game since it is already downloaded on the desktop of the computers.
Compared to the other, more recent Roller Coaster Tycoon games, this version is very simple and the graphics are not too distracting, which, to me, is a plus.
