This is my favorite simulation game of all time. Once you get past the learning curve, which can be almost overwhelming, the game is super fun and addictive.

However, I have a newer computer and the game crashes often in multiplayer mode.

Capitalism 2 is one of the best business oriented video games on the market today. If you play the entrepreneur section of the game, you start your corporation, or conglomerate, whichever you prefer, in Pittsburgh or in Rio Dejinero. You compete against Eyewatch, ran by CEO Bob Brawn. My advice: Watch Out, this guy is good, real good. Now that is not to say that you cannot beat him in the retail industry. Your ultimate goal is to make a lifetime revenue in 9 years. This may be a challenge considering that when you start, you take control of your parents grocery store which is losing money every minute. After you complete or fail your goal, you are given the option of continuing. I play this section a lot of the time. I have had several successes and failures. This is what really sells me the idea of it being the best game ever. For me, it is because I don’t have to compete with a city full of other competitors that are stealing my business. It is just less stressful on me.

The other section of the game, which is the Capitalist part, is a little confusing for me. In this section, you can do anything in the business world. Play the stocks, look at the book, buyout your competitors, marry other companies, anything. Your main goal is to dominate the computer industry within the next 40 years. I believe you are able to play in either Rome or Seattle. However I am not sure. You automatically start out with a Research and Development Center. Don’t worry. Unlike the Entrepreneur, this center is neither going bankrupt nor does it run on money. I played this part several times and have had 1 major success. Unlike the entrepreneur version, in this part, you compete against several companies at once, which can buyout your company. Stock Market Tip: When you go to buy or sell stock, you will see 2 tabs in a little box under the share board. One will say your character’s name and the other will say you companies name. To keep from losing your company, I would suggest having your CHARACTER buy the stock from the lowest share holder. If your character is low on money, you need to open a headquarters through the build menu. Once done go inside by clicking it and click one of the white squares. Then choose CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OFFICE. There you will be able to choose how much money your CEO will earn in a year. Make sure to watch this every once in a while. Depending on how well your company is doing, your CEO can make anywhere between 250K a year to unknown fortunes. Once my guy was making 22 million a year. Still pretty good. For me, it was pretty fun.

Overall its is really worth the time to download and it was worth the installation time. It does not take too long. The price to buy the full version is super reasonable and super affordable. At first site, the game may look confusing, but play a good bit, and you will get used to it. Adults will love, and most kids will probably love it to.

My Opinion: It is hard to find anything wrong the with the game. I like the freedom of allowance to run my corporation the way I want. The graphics are great. The controls are easy to figure out. When I am in the mood to play a business video game, it is perfect. It is worth the highest score it could possibly get.

i played it on trial n i luved it soo much i hav bought the actual game CD frm the CD shop. It’s really worth it. It gives u a detailed view of the bussiness world and is a best bizz sim game.

Capitalism 2, a game that shows people the ups and downs of business life… The amazing thing about this game, is you can do almost anything! Start a farm, go mining, build a house and rent it out. There are almost unlimited ways to make money in this game. It really helped with my business education as it taught me a lot. There is very little anyone can dislike about this game. This game is fun, educating and leaves you biting your nails as you climb the ranks a rich entrepreneur. This is game for everyone, kids will enjoy and adults will learn from it. This has got to be one of the best pc games I have played in a long time. YOU HAVE TO PLAY IT!!!

Capitalism helped me get an idea of what business management is really like..and what entrepreneurship feels like…I first played in school.. It teaches a lot.. The tutorial was bit tough… Lots to learn.. But then it was worth it..It inspired me soo much that I tried out a small business venture with my university magazine and its worked out great…And I have played just the demo.. I Can hardly wait for capitalism 3…

A wonderfully,realistically marveled game! Dealing with all the actual aspects of running companies and such. Steaks are high when you have multiple other companies to compete with! Great campaign, and custom game, where you can adjust the envirement to your liking. Also, multiplayer, genius idea where you can go head to head in a corporate clash! A highly addictive and tense game! A definite must, give it a try and hey, maybe you could even make it to the hall of fame.

I have had so much fun with the Capitalism II Free Download. And the funny thing is I only downloaded the 60 min. Trial version! This game rocks with hard money decisions and the great feeling when you do well. This game is a must have!!!!! Thanks Download Free-Games.com!!!!

IN 1995 English software released Capitalism 1. I never played that game. I started here with Capitalism 2. In short, Its great for the future business man or just casual gamer. The game hits many, almost all the points of actual life situation. The graphical interface coupled with optional, small but still easy to read charts made this game an easy learner, but tough to play, and i always like a challenge! You can build your business and control everything from where its mined, to where its soled. It is aslo possible to control the press in your favor hehe. The only minor thing i would like to touch up on was the inability to build/buy houses. You can construct tall high rise apartment buildings, and commercial offices, but you cant buy anything on the housing market. This is however a minor point, as you wont worry about something like that until you’ve played the game inside and out. theres a lot to do. Overall, it’s an amazing game. Everyone should try it.

I have tried the tutorial version of this game and I think It is very cool game that allows you to "build" your style and view in the world of business. You can learn how to organize and to spend the money on efficient and effective way. Well , you have to give some "input" to play It- you have to learn something about this game by passing the tutorial version. I recommend this game to everyone who wants to feel the adrenalin and play good game.

This game was not a bad game. It really gives you a taste of the marketing world and it shows you just how much there is going on. The game is difficult to understand without using the tutorial in the campaign area in the single player menu. You are in a competition with another company and you can run as many stores as you want as long as you have enough money. You start out with a lot of money and a supermarket. It is easy to make stores and run them. The game is not hard. Just follow the tutorial and you should have no problem. I really enjoy playing this game.

The game is an ok game but not worth buying. You can download it but you won’t be totally satified with it. Some of the feautures are cool but the rest you have to take oyur time and figure out the game. It is not an easy game to learn. the graphics in my opinion ore horrible. if your really into marketing games then play this one but if not look for something else to kep you occupied   it took me onlt 20 minutes to figure out this one os boring
