More Stone Matching Fun

Pharaoh's Secret plays a lot like its predecessor with players moving colored stones on a grid trying to remove them by making matches of 3 or more similar stones. Any stone can be moved anywhere on the grid as long as there's a path to an open space, but the twist is that anytime a match is not made more stones are randomly added to the board.

Each level has a specific goal like moving a key into a lock or assembling pieces of a broken picture and you have to complete them before the board fills up completely, otherwise it's game over. With 6 different power-ups, such as bombs which remove bricks or stones and lightning that can remove all stones of one color, and 6 different obstacles, like brick walls and lattice grids, you'll find your hands full as you try to find just the right strategy to complete each level.

Challenging, Lengthy Puzzles

Pharaoh's Secret provides hours of stimulating puzzling action which gets progressively more and more difficult as you make your way through the story. The early levels will slowly introduce you to one obstacle or power-up at a time, and by the later levels a round might include three types of obstacles, multiple key or lock sets, and several kinds of power-ups.

You can also enjoy the experience at your own pace with there being no real penalty for taking too long to clear a board, just as long as it doesn't fill up with stones. There are target times though with those who finish the levels faster earning bonus points . Early levels have target times of around 2 to 3 minutes, but by the end of the game the target times may be 8 minutes or more.
