I played Mall tycoon 1 & 2 but neither of them were as good as Mall tycoon 3. It just allows you to get into the nidy gridy details. To kinda sum this game up it’s kind of a mix between ‘‘Sims City’’ and ‘‘Mall-A-Polooza’‘....but with casual play as well…if your the kind of person who likes to build and create but with a twist of a challenge you should definately get this game….if your not quite sure that’s where the Free trial version comes in handy.

This is the best game I ever played.  I love how they let you do EVERYTHING, not like other games where you just pick something and put it down.  And that’s why I LOVE IT:)

Mall Tycoon 3 is one of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever played. You have complete control of every aspect of your mall. You can buy the stores, floor design, employees, and you can buy decor to make your mall just that much better. And what I like about Mall Tycoon 3 is how you can customize your stores to look anyway you want it and how you can know what every individual is thinking.You’ll know everything that your customers think is not the best feature of your mall and you can fix it. You will always be on your shopper’s good side. It’s very challenging, feels rewarding, and it’s a game that I would most certainly buy if I had money and I just didn’t download a free version.

Mall Tycoon 3 is great. You get to create your very own mall.  I like all the choices of stores and scenery and the “tiers” or levels of accomplishment. I also like being able to have multiple floors. Unfortunately, when you build those multiple floors, you either have build stairs or an escalator and no matter how many times you hire or promote a mechanic, they always seem to break down (that isn’t to mention how the benches, fountains, tables and trash bins seem to break down) and then, almost the only thing that can get a large amount of people on to that floor seems to be a restaurant, but only if it is the ONLY restaurant in the mall. Also, when you build a food court with a smoothies shop, trash seems to get underneath it, where the janitors can’t reach. This may just be poor management on my part but, if stores aren’t incedibly popular, they go out of business, which severely damages your mall’s reputation, this reputation is very difficult to regain. Back to money, the stores aren;t the only people losing money, I am. I can’t figure out how to keep all the stores in business while earning money, and keeping up my reputation.
