Rupert and Emma are finally able to settle down and see their dream of opening a museum to showcase the various artifacts Rupert has collected over the years come true.  Then disaster strikes! The couple's young daughter suffers a horrible accident while playing with Rupert's jewel board and releases dangerous spores from a secret compartment that made her blind.

Intense Match-3 Action

Jewel Quest 3 picks up where its predecessors left off with the same jewel matching gameplay which the series is known for. The gameplay is rather simple, just match three or more like colored jewels to clear them from the board and turn the tiles below gold. The ultimate goal is, of course, to turn the entire board gold before the time runs out to clear the level.

The newest title in this series differs slightly from the rest in that the world is divided in regions of play, and each one has its own variation to the gameplay. For instance, in Iceland jewels are encased in ice that have to be broken by special fire tiles and in South America there is turn-based play against either Emma or Hani, where each person takes a turn and the first person to reach a set number of gold tiles is the winner.

Fun, Fast-Paced Challenges

Jewel Quest 3 provides an entertaining match-3 experience which can be very challenging and fun at the same time. You'll have to push all of your matching skills to the limit, especially for the later levels, in order to not get stuck in awkward corners. Some of the time limits certainly don't cut you any slack and expect many levels to turn into races against the clock.
