The unsung hero, Feb 07, 2010
by Harrison (Baltimore)
Heli Heroes is a relatively unknown top-down shooter that is quite fun. In it, you fly a helicopter with some freedom of movement as you blast away generic terrorist objects. There is a funny co-pilot that can start to get on your nerves after you hear him say the same thing for the billionth time, but the game never really gets boring. The graphics, though old, still hold up surprisingly well. The game is rated T for violence and strong language. Violence is a given, but the language is not particularly strong, though your co-pilot can be foul-mouthed at times. It’s a good game if you like shooters and have a pulse.
