Free Captives Held by an Alien Race

Jump in your fighter and take on 32 action-packed missions in this exciting space shooter! Become a member of the Solar Corps and investigate several ships that have been dragged from hyperspace never to be heard from again.

Delve into the mysterious ships assaulting your allied forces and discover a group of captives who beg you to free them from their evil alien oppressors. It is up to you and your wingmen to take out the bad guys and free the slaves as you travel to six different worlds and take on a variety of missions.

An Intense Space Shooter

Desperate Space is similar to other space shooter games because you must fly your ship through a variety of combat scenes. At each world there are five missions to complete to move on to other planets, plus an additional level can be unlocked by earning gold medals on all the world's missions.

To play, blast asteroids, shoot down enemy vessels, rescue allied vessels and more. For every action you perform you'll earn cash to spend in between missions to purchase more weapons and larger ships to fly. With five different ships to pilot and 18 different weapons, you have plenty of options to destroy the enemy.

Take on Fleets of Enemy Ships

With spectacular graphics and great music, Desperate Space's production values put it a peg above many other space-themed shooters. The catchy music provides the perfect atmosphere for each mission type, be it rescuing a convoy or assaulting an enemy capital ship. Enjoy massive space battles and jaw-dropping weapon effects as you take on fleets of enemy ships.

In addition, unlock larger vessels to outfit yourself with up to five weapons and prove your abilities on Survivor planet, where you must try to rack up the most kills. You can post your high scores on the Internet and compare them with other gamers' scores.
