This is plain and simple your average game of Tic Tac Toe.  Only downside is when playing against the computer, when you have first turn, you can always win.  If you even see that as a bad thing of course!

Conclusion:
If this is what you want to play… grab a friend, a piece of paper, a pen and go outside and play.
