You are just in time! The restaurant needs a replacement chef and you get a one week trial to show them your culinary skills. 

Don't keep the customers waiting as you look up the correct recipes for a variety of dishes. If they start to get upset, you can always send out a round of sake to soothe their nerves. Meet each day's goal and keep the customers happy as you try to be the chef of the illustrious Sushi Restaurant.

How to Play

Look up recipes in the book at the bottom right of screen. Click on the ingredients on the lower left and then click on the roller to mix them. If you run out of ingredients, click on the phone to order more. Also, you will have to click on the customer's dirty plate after they leave to clear a spot for someone else to sit down.
