A New Kind of Mosaic Game
You may have played and loved Puzzle Inlay and its sequels but you've never seen what Mosaic Tomb of Mystery has to offer!
The game idea is the same - use various shapes to fill in Egyptian hieroglyph puzzles. What is different is the ways you can fill in the puzzle. Get special lighted shapes that when connected on the game field, fill in all the empty areas between them.
One of the best new features in Mosaic is the power obelisk. If you make a certain number of matches quickly, the obelisk will rise to the top. Once it reaches its highest level, you can quickly click on the shapes in the obelisk and they will automatically be placed on the hieroglyph. This is a very clever and rewarding powerup to use.
A Bit of Mystery to Solve
In Mosaic Tomb of Mystery, you aren't just solving puzzles for no reason. Every puzzle you solve will help decipher Egyptian hieroglyph code that reveals the true fate of King Tut. The more puzzles you solve, the more info you get!
The true fate of King Tut is up to you to solve - are you up for it?
Pick up shapes with the left mouse button. Fill the board with shapes to finish the level. Rotate shapes with the spacebar or middle mouse wheel. To get rid of a piece, drop it in the Crusher below. Remember that placing larger shapes gives more points than smaller ones.

I like this game. I am not sure if I would like it more if it had a timer. Right now it is pretty relaxed with just needing to place the pieces in the puzzle at your own pace. I am not sure on how everything works with the crusher yet but I just put any pieces in it that I don’t think I will use. It may be that you will only be given a certain number of pieces until you crush some of the ones you are not going to use.
Conclusion:
This is a fun and relaxing game. Give it a try.
