Monster's Den:Book of Dread, May 19, 2009
by Ben
Monster’s Den is an interesting game. You make your way through different maps in search of treasures and other powers. Along the way, you will have to choose different battles to take part in. Make sure your team is up for the fight before you begin. In the short time that I have played this game, I found it pretty enjoyable. I have not figured out how to attain gold in order to use all of the items in the inventory. I am also still learning how to use all of the soldiers and their powers. It is important to be prepared for the different enemies and know what they will do when attacking.
I did like the feature that allows you to keep playing once you are killed. You do not have to start all over when all of your team is defeated. You can also use the alters within each level to bring your player’s health back to 100%. This is a good idea before you go into any big battle.
This game is huge with many maps and an expansive barrage of enemies and weapons/inventory.
Conclusion:
This is a fun game that has a lot to offer and even more to explore.
