Ben and Becky are more than hosts; these twins transform themselves into the activities. Becky becomes a plane to help kids learn the alphabet. There's no telling what Ben will become in the crazy Mealtime Maze.
In other activities, kids learn first letter identification, measurement and estimation, sequencing and patterning, spelling and phonics, time telling, reading and sentences, counting computation, geography and directions, science, spatial perception art, and music creativity.
Other activities include Silly Stories, Hide'n'Seek, Making Faces, Music Makers, Bird Perch Math, and Bubble Business. Kids are motivated to complete activities successfully because they earn Smart Stars. Once they've collected enough stars, they can take on the SuperStar of Smarts Challenge.
Parents can track progress via the Smart Chart. Adjustable difficulty levels ensure children learn at their own pace and are never bored or frustrated. Kids can use a simple interface to print out favorite screens or activities.

Best of all, Apr 23, 2011

This was the best of all the “educational” computer games my kids played in the early years. It actually taught useful things in a way that helped the kids remember them. Plus—and this is a very big plus for parents—it was pleasant-sounding for anyone close enough to have to overhear it. The voices were friendly and natural, and the music was neither tiresome nor annoyingly repetitive. The game includes “fun” activities as well as those that develop reading, math and other academic skills.
I’d give a copy of this game, plus the First Grade version, to anyone who’s interested in a nice educational computer game for children old enough to sit at the keyboard—3 or 4 and up depending on the child.

Excellent game for kids, no violence and gives the kids plenty to learn
from, and its great fun. Even if this game was made years and years ago
its teachings are still valid and help teach children about good things.

i havent actually played this but i reckon it will be a great opportunity for younger children to have fun while learning. its colorful and bright which will attract the childs attention and most kids like playing with the computor so they can learn how to use that at the same time. SO if you have younger children and want to give them a headstart in life, this is the learning game for them! If i had a credit card i would buy this game for my daughter right now.
