Q - Why do you have such a generous return policy when many retail stores will not take game returns at all?
A - We know a small percentage of people may try to abuse our policy, but we want you, our honest and valued customer, to have complete confidence in ordering from us. We feel this is the best way to build a successful business with happy customers. We are willing to take the risk on ourselves to make you happy!
Q - Why aren’t all your games covered under this policy?
A - We list games from a variety of sources and sometimes we don’t have the authority to set a return policy. However, we have access to over 200 games that can be covered under this policy and are putting more on the site all the time!
