Q: How do I place an order online?
A: Once you have reached the order form, you only need to complete all of the required fields.
Make certain that the order form indicates the correct product that you wish to purchase. You should also double-check the quantity option.
Please provide the most accurate information including telephone numbers so that we will be able to contact you in the event that there is a problem with your order. Your information is never shared or sold.
If you purchased online with a credit card you will receive an order receipt and product information email immediately after the purchase has been approved. Your product notification email will include download instructions and/or a registration key.

We accept many methods of payment, including:
- Money orders, cashiers checks, and bank drafts are welcome. All software purchased using these methods will ship as soon as payment is received. Please remember that all payments should be in U.S. dollars unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- Personal checks are welcome, but please allow up to two weeks for your check to clear the bank. All checks must be drawn on US banks and are subject to approval.

Make all checks payable to BMT MICRO and write FOR DEPOSIT ONLY on the reverse side of the check for your protection. In the lower-left edge of your check, please write in the name of the program you are registering. Please be sure US Checks are in US Dollars. Banks cannot clear checks in currency other than their own. Handwriting US Dollars on a foreign check will void the value of the check and we will have to return the check for replacement.
Q: Why is ordering safe?
A: BMT Micro is a trusted e-commerce partner of Download Free Games, and they have many years of experience and reliability which has garnered them a great reputation in the shareware industry.
Our checkout system also uses ultra-secure 128-bit SSL encryption, which keeps all of your personal and payment information secret and secure. None of that information is ever shared or sold to anyone else for any reason whatsoever. You can shop with confidence knowing that you are safe using your credit/debit card, and more.
Q: I just placed an order, what happens next?
A: Once you have placed an order online, you should receive either an order receipt or order confirmation within minutes via email. Keep in mind that a number of factors including the use of “freemail” accounts (i.e. Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL etc.) and heavy network traffic can delay this message for up to 48 hours. If you have not received any confirmation and 48 hours have passed, please contact our customer service team.
Q: When will I receive my product?
A: If you purchased online with a credit card you will receive an order receipt and product information email immediately after the purchase has been approved. Your product notification email will include download instructions and/or a registration key.
If you purchased your “Order on CD” and you live in the US, please allow 3-4 weeks for CD delivery. If you are outside the US, please allow 4-6 weeks.
Q: I selected the “Order on CD”, but still got the download information. When will I get my CD?
A: Please allow 3-4 weeks for CD delivery within the US and 4-6 weeks for delivery outside the US.
Q: I paid for my game but have not received my registration information email yet.
A: After completing your order, you should receive registration information for your game via email.
Here are the most common reasons for not receiving the email.
- You entered the wrong email address. This is the most common reason, so always DOUBLE CHECK that you are using the correct email address when ordering.
- Your email box may be full.
- Your email box may be disabled (this affects some AOL users).
- Your spam filtering software may have incorrectly filtered out the registration email. Check any possible junk email folders and/or try disabling your spam filter.
- You may be using an anonymous email account such as from Yahoo or Hotmail. Such email addresses are subject to a few hours manual processing delay, 24 hours maximum.
If none of these solutions apply to you and you still haven’t received your registration email, please contact us to let us know you need your registration email resent. When contacting us, enter your full name and the game title(s) so we can look up your order. Once again, Please DOUBLE CHECK that you are using the correct email address.
Q: How do I unlock my full version?
A: Unlocking your full version is as easy as typing in your user name and full version registration key found in your email receipt. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it:
- First you need to download and install the trial version of the game you purchased from the game’s information page
- Once your game is installed, click the game’s icon on your computer Desktop screen to start the game
- One of the first screens that will appear is the trial screen that tells you how much free trial time you have left. There will be 3 buttons near the bottom of this screen. Click the one that says “Unlock Full Version”
- On the following screen, enter your user name and registration code EXACTLY how you received it in your product information email. You can either copy and paste this information from the email or type it in. This will unlock the full version of the game and remove any trial restrictions.
Q: How do get my game on other computers I own?
A: You can get your full version game on any other computers you own by doing the following:
If your other computer(s) are connected to the Internet:
- Download and install the trial version of the game you purchased from the game’s information page
- Once your game is installed, click the game’s icon on your computer Desktop screen to start the game
- One of the first screens that will appear is the trial screen that tells you how much free trial time you have left. There will be 3 buttons near the bottom of this screen. Click the one that says “Unlock Full Version”
- On the following screen, enter your user name and registration code EXACTLY how you received it in your product information email. You can either copy and paste this information from the email or type it in. This will unlock the full version of the game and remove any trial restrictions.
If your other computer(s) are NOT connected to the Internet:
- Download the trial version of the game to the computer Desktop of the computer you used to purchase the game. The file will be called something like GameNameSetup.exe (i.e. ScrabbleSetup.exe or just ScrabbleSetup).
- You then need to have a way to copy this file to your other computer(s). You can burn this file to a CD or copy it to a flash drive or other portable storage device.
- Copy the trial version of the game to your other computer and install it.
- Follow the instructions on “How do I unlock my full version?” above to remove any trial restrictions on the game.
Q: How can I re-download a game that I’ve purchased?
A: All you need to do is re-download the trial version of your game from our site and unlock it with your registration key to enable the full version.
If you’ve lost your registration key and are unable to unlock the full-version, please see “ I’ve lost the registration/unlock key for my game. Can you re-send it?”

A: Yes, in most instances we will be able to re-send your misplaced registration information.
All you need to do is contact us here with some or all of the following details from your order:
- Game Title
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Order ID
With this information our customer service will attempt to look up your order. Once we find it, we will re-send your registration information email. Please do not attempt any fraudulent inquiries, we will only send registration keys to customers who have actually ordered with us.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: For your convenience, our e-commerce partner BMT Micro accepts the following methods of payment:

We accept most major credit cards. For your order to ship without delay, you must give the billing address and ZIP code that your credit card statement is mailed to. We will not ship to a different address unless we have a faxed signature and can verify the “Ship to” address by phone. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to a different address than the credit card statement mailing address.

Q: How do I pay via PayPal?
A: When ordering choose “PayPal” as your payment method. You will then be provided instructions to complete your order using PayPal. Follow these instructions to complete your payment, after which you will receive your order.
It typically takes between 12 - 24 hours for your order to be processed. There will be a further delay if you choose to pay via check or money order via PayPal.
Q: How do I pay via Deutsche Bank wire transfer?
A: For our EU customers you may choose the payment method “Deutsche Bank” when ordering. After entering your order, you will receive instructions to complete your order via Deutsche Bank wire transfer. Follow those instructions to complete your payment, after which you will receive your order.
Q: How do I pay by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check?
A: Choose “pay by mail” as your payment method and then follow the printable mail order instructions that will be provided. Once we receive your payment in the mail, your order will be sent to you via email.
USA customers may pay by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
International / non-USA customers can use money order or cashier’s check made out to the exact specified amount in USD (sorry, must be in USD!). You may typically purchase a money order from the local post office, bank, and many other places.
