Dark Archon is a space shooter packed with excitement. The planet Archon is torn apart by war and when it collides with Earth, humans become the fourth group in the battle.

Choose to play as any of the four groups and fly your spaceship on missions like killing all enemies or navigating asteroid fields to get to a location alive.

At first glance Dark Archon may seem similar to Asteroids but the missions and level layouts are much more complex and require strategy. Navigating asteroid fields with enemy spaceships in hot pursuit is tough until you learn to make enemies and asteroids explosively collide. Also, the huge amount of enemies requires you to strategize about how to upgrade your ship-plus, all those enemies make this game really exciting!

I enjoyed this game because it's simple to understand but a thrilling challenge to play. The science fiction story is interesting and the availability of four groups to play as plus Survival mode allow countless hours of play. Gamers seeking action and adventure will definitely want to try Dark Archon.
