Build-a-Lot 4 is an addictive real estate management game that differs from previous Build-a-Lot games because it adds energy management.

Build, buy, improve and sell real estate to achieve a set of objectives and monitor the neighborhood's energy usage. Don't cause a blackout and lose money! This game is fast-paced and requires strategy as objectives become more challenging and difficult to achieve simultaneously.

I enjoyed this game because it took planning to build a neighborhood that would complete the objectives. It was exciting to make split-second decisions about whether to sell for quick cash, upgrade, buy and more as the time ticked down.

Anyone can enjoy this game because it's easy to learn how to play and it will entertain for hours! Who knew real estate and energy management could ever be this fun?
